    To assure the quality we take diligent attention in hiring the staff. Our expert team reviews all the employees before hiring for the knowledge and skill to practice safely. We make sure that our employee is certified to practice the role they are carrying out.  

    We abide by the mandatory requirements to work in healthcare areas as per the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Regulations. It includes 

    • Certification/License to work in the role employed with no legal limitation.
    • Authorization to work in Canada (Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residence or Valid work permit).
    • Valid CPR certification.
    • Police Clearance Check including Vulnerable Sector Check.
    • Proof of full vaccination receipt.
